COMPLAINTS

We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint as soon as possible and provide you with regular updates throughout the process.

If our investigations are not concluded within 8 weeks, we will write to you explaining why we are not in a position to provide a final response letter and indicate when we expect to be able to do so.

If your complaint involves a regulated mortgage, an investment product or general insurance, unresolved complaints can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) .
